Does your crew members get the salaries they need to support thier families in your area? I am not in the construction field but I know that there is controversy with H2 Workers and the Construction Industry on Guam. We are slating to have over 15,000 military families come to Guam and there are people who are going to want to get jobs once they military moved is approved. There is a great concern for immigrants migrating to Guam and I just wondered if this topic has been heard of yet by your people. The purpose of why I am here is for various reasons. I am connected to the island's community relationships in terms of families and tourism. Two main objectives to what the islanders are seeking are revenue support being requested through congress so that there is mutual and beneficial exchange programs that will benefit the island's unemployment rate which is being spear headed by Senator Mat Rector. I strongly urge for vocational training to directly service the population of the island's people. The down fall is that Asia is top in creating working solutions to help with health and other economic developments. It is really not my expertise, but I see your network of machinery a possible solution if your proposal and equipment has all the certification documents it needs. Because I support education in youth and families, in addition help the poor of those who need community support because english is ones second language or non-english at all. This is going to be a major issue because of the lack of support in understanding the laws. But I believe all guests members who work temporary jobs has to one way contribute back. We know that Asia has more qualified workers but it doesn't make sense when their are no revenues or spending on quality of life is going to stay on the island for economic and positive growth for the Business Community. Please look at this in terms of how two countries benefit each other. Education, Health and Safety is the island's greatest concern. I welcome your ideas and suggestions.
